2012 Membership Work Group

The work group will focus on developing a transition process that will take the current membership and reduce it to the number maximum voting members, while ensuring parity, inclusion, and representation (PIR); as well as meet the requirements of the stakeholders identified through the various grants.

The membership’s work group scope of work includes:

  • Update language to reflect changes in the bylaws
  • Clear process for applying and selecting non-appointed members
  • Roles and responsibilities of appointed members
  • Update of new responsibilities of At-large members
  • Update attendance policy
  • Meeting procedures to replace Roberts Rules of Order
  • Process for electing Community Co-chairs
